Staff was great and very helpful despite us arriving at 11.30pm and leaving at 5am. They were polite and efficient.

Location is great as it close to the airport but its in a back alley so first trip there appears a bit sketchy.

-Don't bother to ask for a taxi from the reception,they ask for 1000 rupees and owner will take u there but there's a taxi rank located only 100 metres away at the top of the road and they'll be happy to do it for 200. a huge diffrence I think...

This hotel is really near to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I particularly liked the comfortable beds and the fact that the hotel provides basic amenities like a flat screen TV and air conditioning. The breakfast included was a nice touch.

Small bedroom & bathroom; damp towels; noisy; stained sheets. The light in the corridor shone straight into the bedroom and woke us up.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Max who picked me up at the airport. The room was exceptional, only ten months old, and well appointed with flat screen, soft bedding, good air con and a clean, modern toilet. I had to change a second reservation due to a medical emergency, but even after calling them not to pick me up at the airport, Max showed up to see how I was. Talk about friendly service. I would highly recommend Neo Holiday Home for other travelers.

The neighbors played early morning calls to prayer quite loud on their TV. Try to get a room on the other side.

Unfriendly staff, not welcoming at check-in, forgot to give us the key and didn't even smile. Poor aircon.

It is very close to the airport and a few hours stop over was ideal, cheap, friendly and reasonably comfortable.

The room was very small but i only stayed for a few hours sleep before moving on as my flight arrived in the early hours of the morning. Perfect for a few hours sleep!

This hotel is a true gem in its price range, offering great value for money. The location of this hotel is really near to the airport, which is convenient for transit passengers. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and good facilities. The staff are polite, courteous, and extremely helpful.

No negative aspects.

The location was perfect-we arrived in Colombo at 4:30 in the morning and it took us just 10 minutes to reach this place and we were in bed by 5 am to catch up on the sleep. The breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect for my family.

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation to and from the hotel, which was convenient. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We also appreciated the hotel's taxi service to the nearby airport and the proximity to the train station.
